Benzalkonium Bromide Solution

Chinese name：苯扎溴铵溶液

Active Ingredient: Benzalkonium bromide

Description: no color to light yellow clear solution. 

Pharmacodynamics:  Cationic surfactant interface. This drug’s mechanism is by its positive charge binding to the negative charge of the cell membrane forming coordinate electrovalent bond. The bond will cause a stress to the cell membrane as a result of cell lysis and cell death. Benzalkonium Bromide can also penetrate through the cell membrane causing irregular metabolism in the organism resulting cell death. 

Indication:   in treatment for aquaculture disinfection. Prevention of diseases caused by marine bacterial infections such as hemorrhage, finrot, ascites, enteritis, furunculosis, and other diseases.

Administration and Dosage: calculated by benzalkonium Bromide. 300~500 times water dilution and spread all over the fishpond. Treatment: 0.1~0.15g/m3 once every 2~3 days for 2~3 times. Prevention: 0.1~0.15g/m3 once every 15 days.

Contraindications: no discomfort has seen with suggested dosage. 

Precaution: do not use with anion surfactant interface.

Withdrawal Time: 500 ˚ C-day.

Storage: protect it from light, store in a tightly sealed container.
